- A valid passport with at least six months validity.

Procedure for Obtaining a Hungarian Work Permit:
Procedure
Step 1:
– Complete application documents will be submitted by the Hungarian Citizenship Lawyer to the authorized employer in Romania for screening and shortlisting
Step 2:
– Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed online (if required)
Step 3:
– A job offer letter will be issued by the employer to the selected candidate
Step 4:
– Job offer letter is accepted in writing by the applicant along with any additional documents required by the employer
Step 5:
-Submission of applicant documents to CIC, receiving confirmation of Permanent Residence Visa approval, and get applicant’s work visa stamped on passport
Step 6:
-Work Permit visa issued by the Hungarian Embassy – The validity of approved and issued Hungary Employment Visa is 180 days from the date of issuance.

-Arrange confirmed travel itinerary and arrange travel and medical insurance valid for at least 3 months
Step 4:
-Apply for the Work Permit Visa at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate
Step 5:
-Receive passport with required Hungary Work Authorization visa stamped
